The Venice Art Loft Condominiums

The VENICE ARTLOFTS are live/work residences with creative personalities in mind. The lofts are a blend of work and living space with unique floor plans in an artistic community, combined with state-of-the-art amenities and all the benefits of city living.

The live/work concept behind the Venice Artlofts takes its cue from the loft revolution, with its emphasis on light, space, flexibility and contemporary design. The lofts are truly functional environments, seamlessly intergrated wtih dynamic architectural form.

The community includes commercial space and many flexible-use areas. All of this in a location that provides the best of what the Southern California Coast has to offer.

The VENICE ARTLOFTS is built on the former site of Roger Corman's Concorde-New Horizons movie studios, located in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood of Venice.

The project was built by developer Robert D'Elia of RAD Ventures, LLC. They have built previous projects in the Venice/Santa Monica area. This experience is coupled with the designs of veteran Westside 'aArts' architect William Dale Brantley whose distinctive works can be found throughout Southern California and beyond.

The VENICE ARTLOFTS is located in the heart of Venice, California, a renowned artist community that attracts creative personalities and craftsmen from a growing number of dynamic companies in the advertising, entertainment, and high-tech industries.

The site is surrounded by a vast array of cultural and entertainment amenities with shopping, dining, and services close by. To the south, wander the rows of art galleries and antique shops on Abbot Kinney and surrounding areas. Just to the north, Gold's Gym, the historic Rose Cafe, boutiques, and vintage clothing stores line the Main Street area. Head west just two blocks to reach the Venice Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean. Venturing a bit furtehr brings one to the neighborhood coastal communities of Santa Monica or Marina Del Rey. A short drive reaches Los Angeles International Airport, Beverly Hills, or downtown Los Angeles.

The dry, mild year-round climate lends itself to any number of outdoor activities. The nearby bike path parallels the Venice boardwalk and stretches north through Santa Monica and south to Redondo beach. The deep, white sandy beach offers vollyball, biking, basketball and just about every outdoor activity. Or, head to the water for surfing, kayaking, and deep-sea fishing.
